Hi I am a contract customer of O2 and I want to switch to a payg rolling plan. Anyone know how i would go about that.

You need to call customer services, and pay off any remaining term / device plan, and then ask them to move you to a rolling plan

 

If you are out of contract then have a look around as o2 aren't the most competitive with PAYG
