Would anyone here know how I can order a replacement o2 SIM card for my iPhone ? My current one (that I’ve been using for many many years) will no longer allow me to make calls, or accept them.

The quickest way is to go in store with photo ID.

Alternatively, contact O2 to post you one out Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Easiest and quickest option is to take photo ID into the nearest O2 store

You will walk out with a new sim all done in 15 minutes

Or call O2
