Hi there, i ordered a contract phone on Friday. i keep getting this text “O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you tomorrow. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.” i was wondering when ideally it will be delivered as i’ve also had no dispatch email.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max on 3rd December, was due for delivery on 4th December. I have also received the same text as you daily. On the app, my order still says processing. I haven't contacted o2 since I very much doubt they will be very helpful about it. Sadly I think there clearly is a backlog of all orders or something as ive seen quite a few people with this issue now so we will just have to wait. Please let me know if you get yours soon though! hopefully we wont be waiting too long.

I will most definitely let you know Still not heard a thing unfortunately. Hoping i get it soon as i’ve got no phone at the moment & desperately need a new one for appointments etc…I ordered mine of the 30th & was meant to be delivered on the 3rd. I’ll definitely keep you updated if i hear anything, i don’t think we’ll get our orders for a while as i’ve been checking on twitter & hundreds of people have the same issue.
