Purchased Samsung s8 unlocked. Bought O2 new SIM card. I am on network but cannot make calls.

Yes it let me top up, but when I checked balance, i had an mmi error.

Have been on myo2 seems all information, bundles tarriff, top up date appears. My wife tried to call my phone but it goes straight to o2 answering service. It says the person you called is unavailable to answer. About the no sound query, there is no ring tone.

Try rebooting the phone first but there's a possibility it's faulty if that doesn't work.
