After topping up suddenly balance removed from the account

I topped up my balance of 10 pounds on 25th november. I get a message on 27th november saying 10 pounds have been taken from my account and then a message saying I have only 5 pounds left in my account. I do not know what happened

Sounds like your credit has been used to pay for a monthly bundle, the best thing to do is contact o2 on 4445 and they can tell you.
