I got a message from o2 saying that if I topped up by £10 the 21st of November I'd get an extra allowance of data text and phone calls. I topped up the £10 and didn't get anything extra. so? thumbs up o2 but gimme half of the money back thanks.

Usually this is applied as a virtual allowance, so it is available to use but not shown anywhere.
