I got a message from o2 saying that if I topped up by £10 the 21st of November I'd get an extra allowance of data text and phone calls. I topped up the £10 and didn't get anything extra. so? thumbs up o2 but gimme half of the money back thanks.

Why is it so hard to get 02 to connect a phone to my boost box that cost £150 from 02. The phone number in question was connected until the phone got upgraded and a new sim card.It just impossible to get anybody to understand.
