Good afternoon,
does anyone know how to proceed in this period to contact the local O2 shop please?
I bought my Samsung Galaxy with a monthly plan at the shop.
I finished to pay it last month, and today it got damaged.
I am sure is under warranty condition, and I am trying to understand how to get it repaired.
Any ideas please?

All o2 shops are presently closed.
You will need to call customer services.

Warranty is 2 years but does not cover damage.
