I have left your network and I paid the outstanding fee. However you have taken more money off me. I have reviewed a message saying I’m due a refund. I can’t get onto my o2 app to start this process. What can I do?

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
