I received an email regarding a refund how do I claim it

You will need to call the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 and they can issue the refund to you.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

There is usually a link at the bottom of the email to log in to your MyO2 and request it from there.

Unless it's a refund on a closed account in which case there will be no access to My O2

Usually the only reason they send a refund email
