Placed my order yesterday for delivery today, but had no updates, cannot get through to O2 via phone and the app has an error. This is ridiculous

Thank you. I got though to O2 who advised me that any orders placed from 29th November are delayed, should be expected on Monday 9th December 24. Fingers crossed.
