Your not going crazy !
Your Myo2 App should show you your minutes, texts and remaining data allowances left in your tarif allowances on your phone.
The link at the top of the o2 Community page to your Myo2 online on your computer should show the same inforation.
If you call Customer Services on o2 they will be able to look at your account.

Go to the home page> click Home> My Allowances> Minutes, does it not show there?
If it's not there as Bob says you'll need to call them.

have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app

Log into your app and select the line that says "UK Data".
On the data screen press the ^ at the top right.
Then select minutes from the drop down menu.

That's a very counterintuitive way to get the information.
Perhaps another redesign is in order.
I think it's been assumed most people have been moved onto unlimited tariffs for calls and texts.
