Someone please tell me I'm not crazy. I am sure My o2 app used to show me how many minutes I have remaining out of my allowance but now its not? Anyone else with this issue?

Your not going crazy !

 

Your Myo2 App should show you your minutes, texts and remaining data allowances left in your tarif allowances on your phone.

 

The link at the top of the o2 Community page to your Myo2 online on your computer should show the same inforation.

 

If you call Customer Services on o2 they will be able to look at your account.

Go to the home page> click Home> My Allowances> Minutes, does it not show there?

 

If it's not there as Bob says you'll need to call them.

I have the same problem. I was once able to view my remaining minutes using O2 app on my phone. This has now disappeared from the menu. I have tried reinstalling the app to no avail. I have spoken to O2 who assured me it is still there but you have to look for it. I still can't find it. I can see remaining minutes by logging into my online account or texting 21202 but not by using the app.

Log into your app and select the line that says "UK Data".
On the data screen press the ^ at the top right.
Then select minutes from the drop down menu.

That's a very counterintuitive way to get the information.

Perhaps another redesign is in order.

 

I think it's been assumed most people have been moved onto unlimited tariffs for calls and texts.

One of the suggestions put forward during beta testing was to make the home screen/landing page customisable for individuals needs and yes, I also believe it is assumed that people are/will be on unlimited tariff's.
