Ordered a phone from O2, which was supposed to be delivered by UK Mail. UK Mail only deliver on weekdays and their distribution centre (i.e. where you go if you miss your delivery) is miles away and only open on weekdays.
Phone not delivered and money not returned. No way to contact O2 about this directly. Very disappointed.
Anyone know an email address/phone number I can call to follow up?
