I was just wondering if you can still purchase insurance on your phone after 28 days of purchasing it?

Not from o2 but there are many (and some would say better) places you can.
Have a look on Google and also check your bank accounts and home insurance policies.

My insurance is from my building society. (Nationwide) Excellent cover. Low excess. Never had to use them but a friend has and claims they are excellent...

loss no claims for a phone, id rather have a single policy, or via the a bank account.
