So I bought a sim from amazon. Problem is when I try to log into O2 it says it's assigned to a Nokia.. which is not my phone!how do I sort this as I can't top up, can only receive calls

Have you got access to your MyO2 ?
If so, you can edit the phone type in there.

@Help-phone-notYou should return the sim to Amazon....they have obviously sent you the wrong one...

However, you can pick up an O2 sim from any O2 store...
