Sim from 3 to previous phone with 02

Hello Campers, Just had new mobile from 02, my previous phone had a 02 sim but my wife likes the phone and wants it. How do I swap the sim from 3 to the 02 phones so she can have the same supplier? Hope you understand the question. Thanks.

You need to request a PAC from 3 and give that to o2 so the number can transfer across.

@Colin11 Your question is a little confusing, but if the O2 phone your wife wants was purchased after June 2018 it will be unlocked so she can just put her 3 sim in and it will work. If she wants to switch to O2, then follow the guides @gmarkj gave you.

Also, if your phone is locked to O2, you will need to request an unlock code to use the 3 sim in it.
