Whilst talking to people on my mobile I can here them ok but a couple of different people have said I keep breaking up they can't understand me like if I'm using a broken mic or something. Never had this problem before until I joined o2.

If the status page doesn't show any issues you can download the o2 My Network app and report any issues through the app.
You can also try switching the phone to 2g only and make a test call to see if it helps.

You need to say which area you are in if you want to see if others are suffering as it could be a local network issue.

You can check online for both localised service issues and also general coverage. slight_smile

@Anonymous What phone do you have? Have you checked to see if the opening for the mic is clear of dirt or fluff?
