Not receiving OTP

I am not receiving OTP codes from my banks unless I restart my phone once they have sent them. Any ideas? I am on Pay and Go. Good signal. It suddenly started a month ago.

I have checked the help message section but still not cured issue. I can receive codes from 92 via text.

Sounds like the phone is failing to connect to the message centre, so could be losing the data channel, so first thing to try is a new sim, or try your sim in a different phone..

You need to contact O2.
