I’ve tried daily to obtain this offer….”1000 codes released daily at 9am” yet logging on from 8:50 daily still shows “out of stock”????

Been trying for a few days (usually just after 9am). This morning I was refreshing the screen a little before 09:00 and got one a couple of seconds after 9am. A few seconds later it was showing as out of stock.

I have been trying at bang on 9am every morning. I have Railcard typed ready to click on the second my phone shows 9am but I continually get the message saying no codes left. I don't understand how 1000 can go every day when I am trying the second it hits 9am.

All that I can suggest @Parklea is that you keep trying. 

 

Unfortunately nobody on this customer to customer community can offer any real insight as to why the codes are not available at 9.00am, other than presuming that it is because demand is hugely exceeding supply. 👍

I've tried on about 5 occasions at 09:00 and never seen any codes available. My wife tries at the same time and does see that codes are available, and got one yesterday. I can't save the Railcard offer but my wife can.

Hi, I can report I got one at last after 7 days trying, 9am kept refreshing about 10 times and one came up so it is working. Good luck all.

I thought i'd add some additional advice to this thread 😊

 

The offer is working as it should, however, the codes are very popular and get snapped up quickly.

 

We advise that you don't sit in the Priority app overnight, close this down and open again the next morning.

 

Go to offers, and then the travel category just before 9am.

 

Remain in the category when it hits 9am, then swipe down hard at the very top of the category so it refreshes the page, then click the offer and tap 'use now'.

Didn't have any luck via the Priority app for 3 days so was questioning in my mind if there were 1000 each day. However yesterday (29/10) using my PC and continuing to refresh the page, got to the "use now" or "save for later" ..and yes wrong! one save for later 😥 is not the correct one . However tied again today and got a code and renewed my card ok ..both times were about 09.05 in the morning ..so keep trying Tracyh28 may be worth seeing if you get better results from a PC if you have access to one
