Hi,
Hoping someone can help me here please.
The subject pretty much says it all, I already have wi-fi calling on my contract sim but can no longer find the option for enabling / disabling on the My O2 account web page.
It used to look like this:
But now looks like this and for the life of me I can't find the setting option:

If you're on the new 360 system, wifi calling is enabled by default and you don't have any option in your MyO2 to control it.

Once wifi calling is enabled on your account then you can activate it in the My O2 app
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

We would expect all new accounts to start immediately on 360 but it's anyone's guess with O2.

Indeed, which you would expect to be the ideal time to get them on the new system, but hey ho!
