My SIM is lost and I am not been using it since November 2022. I am still getting bills for the SIm. I want to cancel my contract or block my card to avoid extra billing. I am currently staying in India and cannot contact O2 by any means to update my situation. Please help me in stopping bills.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
