Solved: Direct debit changes

Had a text stating my direct debit will be cancelled and O2 will be create a new one. Is this a scam or is this genuine. If it is genuine could you explain why this is necessary and how can this be done without my consent. Many thanks Derek Farr

Yes. You are being moved onto the new billing system which requires a fresh DD mandate

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
