Hello, I haven't used my data from May 2022 until June 2023. Can I get a refund for this?

Simple answer is no.

Strikes me you are on the wrong sort of tariff. Perhaps you need a payg offering that only charges by usage

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
