I would like to put my O2 account on hold as I am struggling with money at the moment! No money has been coming into my bank account for the last three months and think it’s best to put my account on hold until I get some money into my account! Please help asap!

You posted the same query yesterday and have been advised: I need more time paying my bill - O2 Community
You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. Your phone service will be affected, but if you if you ignore the advice and don't call you will be totally disconnected.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
