Solved: Phone tracking

Hi I sent my phone to O2 to be repaired. I was given a tracking ID. Where on O2 do I put in my tracking ID? So confused.

@Clare9 You would be able to track it through the courier who collected it, i.e. Royal Mail, or DPD etc.
