I ordered a new phone on the 1st December and it’s not arrived, on track my order it says it’s in process!? Can you explain when I will receive it? I keep getting texts saying that there has been a delay and a warehouse problem in sending out my device and I should “wait for a message from the courier!!” It is now nine days and still no response!!!!! This is extremely poor customer service and the lack of a fully functioning phone has affected my business and financial situation! I will report this issue to the office of trading standards if this issue is. It resolved asap!!!

They had issues with a chemical leak near the warehouse so had to evacuate.
Normal service should be resumed today.
