Is there another way to receive my PAC other than via SMS? As there is something wrong with my messages, they are not going through.

I need my PAC to switch back to myold provider

Presumably you want to go back to giffgaff. Is that when you return to the UK, as you can't move back when you are in Egypt

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
