I cannot make or receive calls and have the message no sim. Can you help please.

This is not customer services as it says when you sign up to the community. The best thing to do is first off try the sim in a different phone this will rule out a phone fault. 

 

If you don't have another phone or it fails then the best thing to do is pop to an o2 store with photoID and get a new sim, or you can call o2 and request one but it will take 5-7 days to arrive via Royal Mail

Take the SIM out. Rub the connections with a soft cloth

If that does not work then call into an O2 store with photo ID who will replace it or contact O2 by one of the methods in the guide
