New customer, 02 app not working

Hi I’ve started a new contract with 02 on 31st December 2020.
I was a previous customer 3 years ago and decided to come back.
My phone number has transferred over and I have downloaded the 02 app.
When I try to sign in on the 02 app it says error and sends me to the contact is page.
I’ve signed in on the website and it comes up saying I have no services on this account, but if I sign in with my mobile number all the right information come up.
I’ve searched for a online chat but I am unable to find a link.

Chat is a bit random at the moment but usually pops up in the shop pages.

Thanks for the reply, I’ve tried the 202 number but I’ve twice been on hold for over 30mins and got impatient

I spent 25 mins on the phone yesterday, trying things at their end, at the end of the conversation he reset my password and said wait 24 hours, I knew this wouldn’t resolve the problem as it still isn’t resolved.
I was a customer 3 years ago so this may be an issue, when I log in online it says I have to product or services on this account.
I purchased this current contract from a third party (mobile phones direct) as they where considerably cheaper.
I did enter all the correct details ie email address for the account.

I had a similar issue with Vodafone due to and old account that was dormant but was picked up when I registered again with the same email. Voda CS sorted it for me but I wonder if you could fix your issue by using a different email address?
