Hi,
I've noticed that my bill is very high this month and it looks like it's due to one telephone number
- 08716 640300.
I am not sure who this is and how I can avoid this happening again? Please let me know if you can help at all?
Also, do I need to make a payment to cover the additional charges or will this automatically be taken from my bank account?

The number is classed as premium rate and is chargable
084/087 Access Charge 65p per minute Plus the charge levied by the company you were calling
