Hello,
I am having trouble with my 4g working. My payment was supposed to go through on the 15th of this month, there was an issue which resulted in it not going through, so I payed the remainder of the bill about a week ago. My texts and phone calls were fixed however my 4g is not. Is there any chance i could get some help? Thank you.

You need to ask O2 to turn it back on for you.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
