I had to temporarily disable my account as I had lost my phone handset. I was lucky to be able to retrieve my handset, and not I need to reacivate my account. I can not find any link or any way of accessing the "Chat with Customer Services? Does anybody have a direct link to the chat page and know the opening times.
It's unacceptable that o2 hide this way of accessing their customer services.

Chat is very hit and miss these days and not to be relied on.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Hi M15, TallTrees, thanks for your responses. Unfortunately I don't have nor desire to have any social media accounts. o2 have been raising their prices while reducing access to their Customer Service agents. Flakyness and hiding pages, details of access times, for their o2 chat is pretty lame. I plan to leave o2 because of this.

From my recent experience, O2 are no better and no worse than the other networks.
Customer Service on Three is dire, whilst Vodaphone are about to move all CS roles to Egypt !
Have you considered visiting an O2 retail store ? I am unsure if they would be able to help with this, but if you do not want to go via social media, there are few other options.
