okay so i’ve recently made a contract order with something included which i realized that i didn’t need after i asked the bot how could i change my order and it tells me to go to the my o2 app but it keeps saying im too new to o2 and to give it 48 hours however i can log into my o2 on the web but it doesn’t really do anything. I’ve also called the line but it has nothing to do with my problems someone please help i need to change this order
