Hello. I need to change my residential address. and also the o2 app is not working for me

The O2 App sometimes gets a bit mangled, but you should be able to access it via a web browser: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If still no joy, it could be that you are being moved to the new 360 billing system, which means it will be tomorrow before things come back for you, @Paulina2611
