I have cancelled my extras for Amazon Prime just in time. It shows that Extras are cancelled in the My O2 as well as on Amazon account and I cant use the Amazon Prime anymore. But on my latest bill the extras for Amazon Prime are showing as billed.
Can you check this and let me know.

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
