Question about my disney plus

My O2 disney plus account has been cancelled for the past month nearly and I've been charged for it this month even though the free trial is supposed to last until the 8th of December? I just want to cancel it and was wondering if you could do it for me as i don't want to keep on paying for it as it should have been cancelled already
