Disney+ airtime offer - not worked but I’ve still been charged

I purchased the offer for Disney+ where you get £2 off your airtime, when I followed the instructions it had already been redeemed/was not in use according to Disney

I didn’t think anything of it assuming the offer hadn’t been put on my account as I checked and it wasn’t on my extras

I’ve just noticed that for the past 2 months I’ve still been charged for this, has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?
