Check if you can pop out the middle of the sim card as there is usually a nano sim in the middle. If not then you will need to either

a) Pop to an o2 store with PhotoID for a replacement sim

b) contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2  and they will post one out to you, just be very aware if you do this they will stop your current sim immediately,.

Sims often push out to smaller ones but if you need to update to a new style sim in a push out set  to suit most mobile phones, 

Your best going in store.
