Is there anyway I can possibly amend the date that my bill is deducted from my bank account?

If you are on the new billing system it can be changed through My O2

It's under Manage Cards for Payments but when you open it the date of your DD can also be altered

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
