I purchased a new eSIM on Friday but every time I click the Virgin Media link in the My O2 portal, it just takes me a 404 'page not found' page.
I'm already a VM customer, have been for 10+ years. Do I need to wait for something to activate on my account? It said that rewards would be automatically applied after 14 days - is that what I'm waiting for?

Just checked mine and it's working OK
You are probably right in that your Volt benefits need to be active.
My O2 is a strange beast
