@Darshu - There are often issues with the app, but you should be able to login to MyO2 using any browser at https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If browser login works, uninstall the app from your phone, reboot the phone and reinstall the app from your phone's app store to see if that helps. Otherwise contact O2 by calling 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG) to reset your account
