Why can't I see my billing details on my 02 at the moment?

Billing details, adding bolt-ons and paying a bill (but not web TopUps, as far as I know) were out of service late yesterday - the hope was it would be fixed overnight, not checked this morning yet. Try again later today, @Zulu1960.
