Where on earth is my address on my o2 account??!? Can anyone help please? the one on the bill is out of date and I need proof of new one on account - which i had to change over the phone as no online option to do this.
Why is the system so terrible to use - you should just be able to see all this information !!! Argghhhhhhhhhh

It should be in your details, although if you are on the new 360 system, who knows (no one, not even O2 seem to know).
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

In the My O2 app it is under Manage Your Account > View All > Manage My Personal Details.
They will send a Security Code, then you can change it.

You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES. Drop down box will show "Change payment or address details" and details of you address will show there O2 will send you a text to make sure it's you.
