Hi,
I recently ordered a sim contract with o2 and was asked to call the o2 credit risk team, however I can’t pass the security check due to my address not matching the one in the system.
I set up the order yesterday and know for sure that it is the correct postcode, so I’m not sure what is happening. I’d like to get this sorted asap as my contract is ending with a different network soon and I want to transfer to a new network straight away.
