Hi im a new customer to o2 - in order to use rolling plans I need to log in to my02 but it's telling me I need to wait 48 hours - does this normally take a full 2 days???

I've been with O2 over 10 years and I'm getting this message, maybe it's just a glitch at the minute. When I log in online it also says I have no products or services.

O2 have upgraded their systems and to say it is causing problems is an understatement. Thousand have problems with MyO2
