 well, that's a bit of a monument f&%k up to make people go all through that to try and pre order, only to blast this back at them.

I assume in store can still do switch up pre orders without this crâp coming up

From memory you can still pre order in store and pay a £50 deposit for the privilege @viridis .

I have done many pre-orders in store with switch up, and its a lot less hassle than o2's fubar'd online processes and you usually get better service in store..
