I have 2 contracts with O2, one is my sons other is mine. However in my O2 account only my sons appears and I cannot see how I can add my phone contract in. I tried adding another product but it requests a different email - I havent set up another email for my phone so bit puzzled. tried to ask Aura but it doesnt understand the issue. Any advice?

If you have tried to Bring in products and that doesn't work, you may need to call O2 to get it added.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

You will need another email address to add your number
Most email clients allow you to set up a dummy email just for such purposes as registering on wesites
It won't affect your normal email
