Last week, I upgraded to a new Samsung Galaxy Watch 7. When my order arrived, the box looked rather big for one watch. Upon opening the box, I was treated with not one but five watches. After a bit of head-scratching and digging around online to figure out what to do I called O2 Customer Services. The lady I spoke to obviously looked up my order and said I had only ordered one watch to which I replied I had been sent 5 and this was my reason for calling. She said there was nothing she could do about returns and I should find an O2 shop and they will do the return.
I went to my local O2 shop and explained to the staff what had happened and they said the same as Custmorer Services in that they can't do returns.
Where do I go from here??

Their loss, your gain @MichaelJamesB - do keep an eye on your bill, though, just in case... Perhaps the packer in the warehouse had a bit of a brainfart that day, and O2's systems are not geared for a return in that instance 🤐🤣
