No signal/sound when receiving or calling calls

Hi

I have a Microsoft Lumia 550.

When someone calls me, I get no sound. 

There is a mute button on screen, and when I press it nothing happens.

Can anyone help?

Have you got your sound turned up?
There are various settings for different sounds - If you push the volume up key you will see the notification bar at the top with an arrow at the end - Tap this arrow and it will open up all sound profiles.

I have push the volume key, and have set the notification to 10 and media to 30. 

My phone still doesn't get sound from receiving calls.
